  Store was very muggy. Who wants to shop or try on clothes when they're hot? No chairs around any of the dressing rooms or the store if you're waiting for someone shopping. Prices used to be better, but now are high as well for the quality. Will start ordering online if this store keeps declining.

  Integrity is lost with this location. Manager would not honor the price/sale that was clearly posted not just once but in 5 locations. We are account holders and feel like the manager would of loved to argue and lose a customer, than to accept fault on the store. We purchased 2 pairs of Levis that were marked $39.99 on sale with their screens. Also, beside every digital screen was a red cardstock sign that advertised buy 1 get 1 half price. The only fine print was of equal or lesser value. Fair enough, especially since most Levis are $39.99 and under. After I noticed the discount wasn't given at checkout, the cashier asked for a price check. The manager we to the wall shelf and while I was watching, he removed all red signs. He knew I was watching from the checkout. When he came back he stated the signs were suppose to be removed and that he could only give me my second pair at half price if I paid full price for the first one. I find this disturbing since he was telling me that he will adjust the price of the first pair $20 higher. I just said that I wasn't going to argue even though I'm right and he's wrong. We continued our purchase and vowed to pay off our tiny balance, close our account and take our business elsewhere.
